Thank you for choosing Simple Sanity Travel (Simple Sanity Project LLC) to plan your travel experience. Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before proceeding with our services. By submitting a planning fee or confirming services in writing, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Simple Sanity Project LLC acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We research, design, and coordinate your travel arrangements but do not operate or control any of the actual travel services provided.

2. Planning Fee

Our planning and booking services begin upon receipt of a non-refundable planning fee and agreement, as outlined in your service package. This fee covers our time, expertise, and coordination, and is separate from the cost of your trip.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• • Provide accurate traveler information, including legal names matching travel documents
  • Review all documents and itineraries upon receipt
  • Comply with passport, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements
  • Proof travel insurance coverage (strongly recommended) or sign a liability waiver

4. Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations to your itinerary may incur penalties imposed by suppliers. These terms are set by the individual suppliers and are outside our control. We will advocate on your behalf but cannot guarantee refunds or waivers.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• • Injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by any third-party supplier
  • Acts of God, government actions, strikes, or other events beyond our control
  • Errors or omissions in travel documents not reviewed by the client

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, illness, or emergencies. We can recommend providers but the final choice and purchase are your responsibility.

7. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that travel may involve certain risks, including but not limited to exposure to illness, political instability, or natural disasters. By booking through us, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

8. Authorization

If you are booking travel for a group or family, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of all travelers. For minors, the parent or legal guardian is deemed the responsible party.

9. Intellectual Property

All custom itineraries, trip documents, and planning materials created by Simple Sanity Project LLC remain our intellectual property until services are paid in full.

10. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services rendered by Simple Sanity Project LLC. By submitting payment, confirming services in writing, or using our travel coordination services, you agree to these terms.
