What does a proposal look like?

A proposal includes at least two options for accommodations (hotels, villas) and other requested services with full descriptions, quotes, pictures, and a budget. Check out a sample proposal here.

How do you manage groups?

Small group management is our jam! We can accommodate the planning process to any pre-existing group dynamics. The process starts with one of the travelers completing the Trip Planning Form. We will use this information to schedule a strategy call that all group members are welcomed to join. During the call you will receive a project plan outlining our touch points with each group member, deadlines, and payment options.

Do you charge planning fees?

Our Essentials package includes a proposal with two options and up to two revisions at no charge. However, a $99 fee will only be charged if the client does not complete the booking within 10-business days after receiving the proposal. This ensures we get compensated for the time and expertise that went into customizing a proposal for your needs and interests. Additional revisions to a proposal are $35 each. Our Premium service has a flat fee per week of travel while our Customized package is priced based on the complexity of the trip.

Can I use points, miles, or buy-now/pay-later when planning travel with you?

Absolutely. We believe in making travel accessible for everyone and using loyalty rewards and payment plans are great ways to make travel a more common practice. We offer complimentary guidance to identify the best way to earn or use rewards for your trip, a lot of our partners offer payment plans with deposits as low as $20, and we’re certified to connect you to travel financing options through FlexPay.
